Papi-Q is a unique Artesian BBQ Sauce. This rich sauce is, "tart and tangy" with a sweet heat finish. A complex flavor, Papi Joe's Tennessee Pepper Sauce combined with ripe tomato, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, local sorghum molasses and hint of naturally hickory smoked sea salt. This is a sauce you will find many uses for, but none better that your prize smoked pork, beef or poultry.
Tennessee Whisky BBQ Sauce. Same great taste of Papi's...with that smooth rich flavor you can only get from Tennessee Whisky. Made with Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, pure local sorghum molasses and a hint of naturally smoked hickory sea salt and of course a healthy dose of Papi's Tennessee Pepper Sauce!
Both Sauces have a combination of ingredients provides you with that old time gooey caramelization when brushed on warm meat of all varieties. Our Sauces are cooked down to just the right thickness in small batches in our open kettle. As with all of Papi's sauces it has no additional additives, preservatives or thickening agents.
