Papi’s Devilish Eggs

2 Tbsp Papi's Sauce

12 large hard boiled eggs

2 Tbsp cream cheese

1/3 c mayonnaise

2 tsp Dijon mustard

 

Slice eggs in half lengthwise.  Remove yolks and mash with soften cream cheese. Combine next 3 ingredients, salt and paper to taste.  Add filling to a plastic sandwich bag and snip off one corner.  Pipe into the egg shells.  Garnish with tamed jalapeno and chopped chives. Cover and chill.
