My husband can home from the store one evening with some hot pepper sauce by Papi Joe’s. He told me how a local man makes it. I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur of hot sauces. I tried this on a cracker, not expecting much... but it is A MASTERPIECE! It is the best smokey hot sauce I have ever tasted! This should be on every grocery store’s shelf! It’s got just the right amount of heat balanced by flavor (not uncomfortable!) plus the perfect sweet and savory balance. I’m just blown away. THIS IS BEST HOT SAUCE EVER! Thank you, to my husband and Papi Joe!!! P.S. I just tried the BBQ tonight, and it is amazing too!!!

I live in a small town just outside of Indianapolis, IN and we take weekend trips to Cincinnati a few times per year. Every time we go we make sure to stop by Jungle Jim's so I can pick up a new hot sauce. This weekend I grabbed your Tennessee Pepper Sauce batch 19. I was hesitant on it because of the price but finally decided I would give it a try. I just got done tasting it for the first time and holy crap it's amazing! This is by far the greatest hot sauce I have in my refrigerator right now out of at least 15 different sauces. I will be making your cheesy bacon dip for our Super Bowl party as well. Thank you for the great pepper sauce!!!
