Bernie Hastings, 11/27/12Papi, my sister in law Margot Hastings brought a few bottles over here to Southern Maryland to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. Your sauce is the best we've ever tasted. We roasted oysters on the grill, steamed them...etc. Papis' has now replaced Tabasco! I'm marinating a slab of pork ribs in it right now for a new twist on St. Louis style ribs. I'll check back in with the results. Cheers, Bernie

Mr. Yearwood from Dayton, Ohio gave me a jar of this fantastic sauce. I would like to meet the man (Papi) someday because he has made a very smooth, tasty pepper sauce with hints of heat at times but not enough to cripple someone. There is a lot of taste that I can't put together but only to say.....This is undoubtably my immediate favorite!!! ...And thanks to Mr. Yearwood at carousel beauty colleges for seeing that my sister got me this product!
